One of the Founders of The Cottage Healing Centre and alongside Helen Jones and Jane Parton I value my role as a Guardian of The Centre. I discovered Reiki in 1999 after searching for a natural alternative to medication. Reiki is difficult to explain as it is different for each individual, always knowing what the client needs. I realise it sounds too good to be true, but if you need some relaxation, peace and enjoyment in your life I would certainly recommend it!
